Sketchy pharm is long but amazing. I think Dr. Ryan explains things very well, and ties in concepts that would otherwise be lost by just reading FA. Yes, the videos are lengthy, but the thing that separates his videos from the rest is that he goes over almost everything covered in FA including the majority of those obscure diseases that aren't covered in Pathoma/class lectures.
